Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Typically, we require a minimum stay of 30 days. However, depending on availability we can occasionally make reservations as short as 7 nights. Please contact us for availability and pricing!
What does an apartment include? Is there anything I should bring?

We include all furnishings, linens and appliances. All you need is groceries, your personal effects and any additional items you may require. If there is something you need not on the list, please contact us to see if we can arrange it for you.
What does a furnished apartment cost to rent?
Our pricing is dependent on apartment size, region, community, availability and length of initial lease term. Rates typically run between $85 and $149 per day. This range is for stays of 30 days or more. We price apartments at a flat daily rate that includes all furnishings, utilities, cable, and Internet. There are no sales or hotel taxes added.
Are there any deposits or credit checks?
To make our reservation process as simple and quick as possible, there are never any deposits or credit checks. Occasionally, apartment community will require basic information such as a name, birth date or copy of photo ID.
What is the check-in and arrival process?
Once a reservation is made and finalized, we will send detailed arrival instructions to you via email, including a community map, directions to your apartment door, and instructions for our lock boxes. Arrival process can differ based on where your apartment is located. Your apartment will be ready at 3:30 pm the day of your arrival.
What kind of requirements or paperwork are involved in making a reservation?
Our lease document is a simple, three-page document that just requires your signature and credit card information. We can email or fax it to you, and once we receive it your reservation is finalized. No background checks, credit checks or deposits are required.
When will I be charged?
We typically charge for the initial 30 days of a reservation approximately a week prior to arrival and for the subsequent months following that on the first of the month.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is

on the day of departure. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to request a different time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring my pet?
We are happy to house your pets, and many of our apartments are pet friendly. Our policy is to enforce the rules of the apartment community. Some communities have breed or weight restrictions, so please let us know when making your reservation the type and size of pet you will be bringing. In addition, there is also a $400 non-refundable pet fee that covers any allowable pets for the entirety of your reservation.
Are housekeeping services included?
Pricing for our apartments in Columbus, OH, is inclusive of biweekly housekeeping services. In other cities, we can arrange housekeeping for an additional fee.

When will my Marriott Reward points appear on my account?
Points are reported monthly on the 5th of the month after your arrival date and can take a few weeks to process.
What if I have an emergency?
Call our main number, (614) 891-9288 and select option 4 if it is outside our normal business hours. An on-call representative will answer your call or voicemail immediately.
What is considered an emergency?
Loss of power.
Loss of heat or A/C, dependent on weather.
Difficulties during the arrival process.
Flooding or majors leaks.
Toilet or bathtub issues in apartments where there is only one bathroom.
All other issues are reported and addressed immediately during normal business hours.
How do I turn in my keys?
When you are ready to check-out, unless otherwise instructed please place lock your apartment door and place all keys and passes issued to you in the "ExecuStay" envelope left at your departure walk. If you don't have this envelope, please place them in any envelope and write "ExecuStay" and your apartment number on the outside. Please then leave the envelope with the leasing office. If the leasing office is closed, please leave them in a drop box at the leasing office. If you have any difficulties please call us and we will be happy to help!
